We'll notify you when you're approaching your 1,000 email limit on the Starter plan. You can upgrade to Professional at any time for unlimited emails, or your account will pause new processing until the next billing cycle.

Email insights give you analytics on your email activity — categories, top senders, response patterns, and more. Different plans offer different history lengths: 30 days for Starter, 90 days for Professional, and up to 1 year for Enterprise.
Enterprise customers can connect their own OpenAI API key. This gives you full control over your AI infrastructure — your API calls go directly through your OpenAI account, and usage is billed to you by OpenAI. This is ideal for companies with existing OpenAI agreements or specific compliance requirements.
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your emails are processed securely and never used to train public AI models. Enterprise customers can also set custom data retention policies. You can read more on our security page.
